May 1, 2024 – Canopy Brands, a growing family of trusted brands providing protection, access and mobility solutions, has acquired HySafe and affiliate Premier Fall Protection (referred together as “HySafe”).
With key locations in Union Grove, Wisconsin and Orlando, Florida, HySafe is a leading provider of customized fall protection solutions including initial assessment, design and engineering, system installation and recertification, plus extensive, ongoing safety training.
Founded by Frank Anzaldi in 1998, HySafe’s solutions are rooted in technical expertise paired with a comprehensive product offering and integrated installation team. As a result of its valued offering, HySafe has built a premier customer base across the U.S. in diverse end-markets including railroad and other transportation, government, manufacturing, construction, entertainment and utilities. Products utilized include rigid rail, anchorage, ladder systems and lifelines to guardrails, gangways and confined space equipment.
