Lead Installer (Wisconsin Based)

HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as Lead Installer, a critical role overseeing a team in the installation of fall protection systems at worksites across the United States.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
· Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines.
· Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues.
· Understand project scope, with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation.
· Assist managers with inspections and reports, to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules.
· Initiate any repair or replacements needed, or adjustments of procedures.
· Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated.
· Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of the local area.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
· High School diploma or GED.
· 4 years construction field experience.
· Experience with power tools and possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects.
· Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred).
· Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
· Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
